Swim year-round from sunrise to sunset in our heated L-shaped pool, including a deep end area and six 25-yard lap lanes. You can watch your children splash in the wading pool or join an aquatics class.

Aquatics Programs Include:

  • Lap Swimming (25 yards)
  • Swim Lessons available for members of all ages with SJSRC Swim Instructor.
  • Water Aerobics
  • Master Swim classes

Many club families also enjoy having a picnic poolside and spending the day swimming, playing tennis or bocce ball, and barbecuing.

Masters Swim Classes

Join fellow members in the pool for workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

Our workouts promote total body fitness by improving cardiovascular health and endurance without the impact stress common to many other forms of exercise. Coaching focuses on proper form and stroke technique.

Current participants range from casual lap swimmers looking for a more formal coached workout to seasoned swimmers and triathletes concentrating on performing their best. Workouts are tailored to individual ability levels but we suggest being comfortable in the water and able to swim at least four legs of freestyle.
